Click "Order on WhatsApp" — your Order ID and details are sent automatically.
We'll confirm availability, customisation and delivery time.
Pay via UPI and get your handcrafted piece delivered to your door.
Enter your Order ID or Enquiry ID to check the current status.
Enter the ID from your WhatsApp message (e.g. ORD1234 or ENQ5678)

Everything you need to know before and after placing your order.
Our pieces are made to order using air-dry porcelain clay — your creation begins the moment your order is placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for making and dispatch. Once placed, orders are non-cancellable.
We ship Pan-India at a flat rate of ₹65 — this covers the actual cost; we don't profit from shipping. Once your order is picked up by our delivery agent, it is in the courier's hands. We'll do our best to assist with any issues.
Once your order ships, track it using the Track Order section on this page — enter your Order ID (e.g. ORD1234). Your tracking ID will also be sent to your registered mobile number automatically.
We don't accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent. A proper unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to process a refund or replacement.
